Head over to students.ubc.ca/health to learn more about resources available on campus for student health and well-being.

Your well-being matters. Part of what it means to "Flip the Narrative" is providing access to different types of support to survivors of sexual and other forms of violence and abuse, instead of wrongfully victim-blaming. If you have been hurt in any way, it is never, ever, in any way, your fault.

Just some of these services at UBC include:

UBC Counselling Services and Wellness Advisors

Student Health Service, where you can book an appointment with a doctor or other medical professionals

SVPRO, where you can get support from a Sexual Violence Response Specialist if you've experienced sexual assault or violence

The Wellness Centre at UBC, where you can chat student-to-student with a trained student
